Our Intro

Hey! We’re the Poskocils, the proud creators of Not Here Coffee. As a young couple from Milwaukee, WI, we’re on a mission to bring a next-level coffee experience to everyone we meet. With our hearts set on sharing the gospel through every cup, we aim to offer more than just coffee. Whether we’re helping make your wedding day unforgettable or fueling your company’s next big event, we’re all about the details that make each moment special.

The Start

Not Here started out as a ministry idea name, but we didn't quite know what kind of ministry God was leading us to pursue. Trinity's love for coffee crafting lead us to make the decision that we wanted to do coffee. Early on, we found many confirmations that this was the right decision for us. In 2024 we started selling coffee to family and friends, and in 2025 we took the steps to become what we are today.
