Policies
Booking:
To secure your booking, a non-refundable fee is required. This fee will be applied towards your total balance, which is due in full at least two weeks prior to the event.
Contract:
To secure your reservation, a signed personalized quote and payment of the booking fee are required.
Payments:
Once your booking fee is paid, your event date is confirmed. Along with your quote, you will receive a personalized payment schedule. The final payment will be due at least two weeks before your event.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: You may reschedule at no additional cost.
Cancellations made 60–90 days prior to the event: A fee of 30% of the remaining balance will be required.
Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to the event: A fee of 50% of the remaining balance will be required.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event: The full remaining balance will be due.
Taxes:
A 5.9% sales tax will be applied to all services provided.
Travel:
For events within Milwaukee County, travel is included at no additional cost. Events outside of this area will incur a mileage fee, as outlined in your personalized quote.

Other than drinks, what do your services provide?
We provide our handmade branded coffee bar, or standard 6ft table depending on your event's needs. We provide all equipment, décor, staff, and professionalism sure to impress your guests.
